for fantasy lovers this book is great , it contains a lot of mythycal creatures even legends. this book is so nice and is da best , and also the story's not boring at all. LOVE ITTTTTTTTT!

city of bones is the first book of the mortal instruments series which tell the story about shadowhunters. this book was kind of slow paced because we were being introduced to the world itself, the shadowhunter world. but it is very enjoyable and a great story.

i've been wanting this book since ages ago, but it's hard to find the first book in the store so i go to periplus online and they have it. i also been a fan of the mortal instrument series since i love the movie and the series. so i was curious about what inside Cassandra Clare books. and i was right..it was freaking amazing! the detail of the character and the places, the detail of the magical action, it was like i was there in the book witnessing all of the scene. 

i will order the book one by one after one book is finished so i can't be distracted. because if i buy two or three books i just can't help it and read them all at once. so i decide to buy... See More

WHOA! City of Bones is the first book of The Mortal Instruments series which is alread adaptated to a movie. It's about Clary Fray's first meeting with the Shadowhunters and that's the beginning of her secret that has been hid.

I love the idea of Shadowhunters, Vampires, Werewolves and fairies that blow my fantasy while reading it. If you're into fantasy, this one is for you!
