PEC is an elite membership program that rewards members with points every time they purchase in Periplus Online Bookstore or at any Periplus store outlets around Indonesia. It is composed of PEC members who have reached the required purchase level and become permanent PEC members.

The points earned which redeemable into a gift voucher can be used to purchase in Periplus store outlets

Aside from reward points, PEC also offers numerous members-only privileges such as exclusive sales, discounts and freebies while shopping with Periplus Online Bookstore or at any Periplus store outlets.

How to register online and initially becomes a TEMPORARY PEC member?

1. You can easily register online by going to the “My Account” (see the header section of the website) and click on the “Register” drop-down option.
2. Fill in all fields shown in the registration form especially those required information marked by red asterisk and then submit the form.
3. Activate your account by clicking the link shown in the email sent by Periplus Customer Service upon your registration then your assigned e-PEC barcode will be generated and you will become now a TEMPORARY PEC member.
4. For those who already have registered in our Periplus store outlets as PEC member, but not yet registered here in our website, you still needed to complete our online registration and follow the easy steps stated above to get your e-PEC barcode.
5. Please take note that you must use the same email address that you provided in the application form when you registered as PEC member thru our store outlet thus avoiding the system to generate a new temporary member for you.

How to use your assigned e-PEC Barcode?

1. To check and see your e-PEC barcode, log-in to the website (My Account -> Login), then click the “e-PEC Barcode” link (see the header section of the website).
2. If you wish to purchase at any Periplus store outlets, open your e-PEC barcode then present the barcode to the cashier for them to scan and verify the barcode during the transactions.
3. If you wish to purchase in Periplus Online Bookstore, you must login using your PEC registered email address and the system will automatically recognize you as one of our PEC member and some of your items will display showing special prices indicating that you are a PEC member.
4. All your transactions both in Periplus store outlets and Periplus Online Bookstore (periplus.com) will be reconciled in your PEC accounts.

1. The customer must provide a valid email address, mailing address and contact number upon registration as one of the primary requirements to become PERMANENT PEC member.
    
2. The customer must accumulate Rp 500,000 worth of purchases in the course of 2 months, or make a one-time purchase of Rp 500,000 and begins on the day when you started purchasing using your assigned e-PEC barcode.
    
3. Subsequently, notification email will be given for those customers who reached the required purchase level and qualified to become PERMANENT PEC member.
    

• As a permanent PEC member, you are entitled to receive 1 reward point for each Rp. 10,000 amount of purchases. Please take note below:
  • Your transactions with Periplus Store outlets will be recorded to your accounts after 2-3 days from date of purchase.
  • Your transactions with Periplus Online store (periplus.com) will be recorded to your accounts after we processed and received your payment order.
• Redeeming your reward points - Claim your gift voucher:
  • Accumulated 500 reward points will be exchanged for gift vouchers worth Rp 250,000 at our Bookshops or purchase directly your reward points with us in our eKiosk or www.periplus.com
  • You may use the gift voucher to make purchases at Periplus store outlets.
  • The voucher will be mailed to the address indicated on your redeem form that can be obtained at Periplus store outlets.
• Redeeming your reward points - Use for buying products:
  • In each product, there is the amount of PEC Points required to buy the product
    
  • Continue buying until check-out page. To use your points, please input the amount of points that you want to redeem in Input Redeem Points column.
    
    
    
     
  • If you encounter any lost of your points,please wait within 2 hours for the system to restore your point automatically. During your payment seattlement please do not click button BACK, this can create a problem with your point. If this happen please wait for about 2 hours, our system will restore your point automatically.
