1. Bank Transfer
   
   
   Payment by bank transfer can be done by selecting the logo showing the "BANK TRANSFER" from the "Payment Method" section.
   

   

   Check-out your order by clicking the button "Place your Order", an information page will show you the PERIPLUS bank accounts needed for transferring your funds for payment.
   
   

   

   After that, click the button "Proceed Now" to confirm the payment mode as bank transfer, then a message page will show indicating that your order has been successfully processed.

   

   Proceed with your manual bank transfer through ATM or internet banking or CASH with your preference bank. Please keep your transaction receipt for reference and then visit again our website to confirm your payment by submitting the "Payment Confirmation" form.
    

   

   How to get into the payment confirmation:
   a. Sign-in to the website then go to the "My Account" (see the header section of the website) and click on the "Payment Confirmation" drop-down option. With this way, you needed to check and fill-in manually the order id to the payment confirmation form.
   OR
   b. Sign-in to the website then go to the "My Account" (see the header section of the website) and click on the "View Orders History" drop-down option.

   

   Then "Order History" page will show, select the order id and click the view icon on the right side of the row.
   
   

   

   The "Order Information" page will show and from here you can click the "Payment Confirmation" button. With this way, the order id will automatically be carry going to payment confirmation form.

    

2. Credit Card Visa / Master
   
   
   We are accepting payment by credit card with Visa or MasterCard. You can use it by selecting the "Visa / MasterCard" logo from Payment Method options and with this mode of payment, you won’t have additional surcharge.
   

   

   To check-out your order, click the "Place your Order" button, then this will redirect you to the "The MasterCard Internet Gateway Service". From here, you can choose between "VISA" and "MasterCard" as credit card method of payment.
   

   Enter all necessary information required by method of payment then click “pay” to complete your purchase.
   

   If your credit card having 3D seIf you have 3D secured credit card, wait for seconds until you get the activation code into your mobile device then you will be needed to fill-up the authentication code like shown below.
   

   After you input the "authentication code", click OK to complete the payment process.

3. Mandiri Clickpay

For “Bank Transfer”, if payment was done through ATM or internet banking or CASH in BCA bank counter, please confirm your payment with our "Payment Confirmation form” (login to the website, go to the header section then go to “My Account” and click the “Payment Confirmation” of the drop-down options).

4. For other payment method including BCA Virtual Account, you don’t need to confirm the payment. Once your order and payment was successfully done and we received the order, we will process your order as soon as possible on the same day.

5. For order cancellation from Periplus, we will refund all of your fund through you’re the payment method through your credit card or transfer to your bank account ).

6. For order cancellation not from Periplus ( such as double order, ordering the wrong book ), we will refund your fund with extra charge ( Rp 7.000) .
