“hey there before i go any further, i would like to thanks for the opportunity. i really like your bookstore because it provide me with a lot of amazing book and also a lot of discount. but there is several thing that would make me think better of your bookstore. 1. i really like to buy hardback books, despite of the high price, but it is worth it, so i hope you can provide us with many more variety of novel and other genre which is in hard back. 2. i also really like with what you do to inferno, and the mountain echoed. because you provide us with the most up to date book, i hope you can do it not only from famous writer but also for the newbie. because buying a book is like buying a mystery box, you will never know until you finish it. 3. and one last thing, i like you to consider about having same book both from the online bookstore and the bookstore, because the feel when you touch and look to the book directly is incomparable, and when you go to the book store, the book like inviting you to touch and read them, so it make you want to buy them despite of it never occur to you to buy them. i think that is from me, and again thanks for the opportunity,”
