Di sini saya dapat merasakan kemudahan dalam mencari buku yang bahkan lebih cepat dan mudah dibandingkan berada dalam toko buku konvensional (fisik). Katalognya cukup lengkap, ada deskripsinya tentang buku-bukunya pula dan ada rincian produknya. Ini bagus sekali untuk konsumen (pembaca) karena menjadi tahu buku apa dan buku seperti apa yang sebenarnya mereka beli. Kemudian, mekanisme pembayaran yang disediakan juga sangat memudahkan, baik debit maupun kredit, semuanya tersedia. Termasuk verifikasinya yang cepat. Satu hal yang saya kagumi adalah mengenai packing pengirimannya. Periplus.com telah mempraktikan bagaimana caranya menghargai buku, apalagi terhadapa buku yang pelanggannya beli. Periplus.com tidak sembarang asal bungkus dan kirim. Oleh karenanya, buku yang saya terima dalam kondisi sangat baik, tanpa ada bekas benturan karena pengiriman, intinya tanpa cacat deh. Lama waktu pengirimannya bisa diterima karena cukup cepat. Dalam hal ini, saya lebih memilih menggunakan RPX. Jadi, jika mau mencoba kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam membeli buku online, periplus.com lah jawabannya!”
